We introduced a range of safety protocols which reflect the advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and our Sri Lankan government and tourism organizations. We comply with the new standards to ensure our guests feel protected throughout their stay and have been officially certified by the SLTDA, Ministry of Health and KPMG as a ‘Safe & Secure’ Hotel.

Centrally located 3kms from Mirissa, the villa is a short drive away from the World Heritage Site in Galle, Unawatuna, whale watching and the surfing beach in Weligama.  Take a wildlife day trip to one of the National Parks, such as Yala or Udawalawe.

During Peak Season cancellation is free of charge up until 60 days before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee.

During High, Mid and Low Seasons cancellation is free of charge up until 30 days before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card with which the booking was made and will be processed through our secure payment gateway.

In the event of a COVID-19 type lockdown situation, the hotel will exercise its discretion and will be flexible with cancellation policies and future stay dates.

Outdoor dining is available at our Beach Hut restaurant.  Villa dining is available on the villa terrace, the room balconies or in the villa’s open-air dining space. The Menu ranges from traditional Sri Lankan curries, daily local fresh fish and seafood to delicious Western cuisine. A menu can also be sent to a guest’s WhatsApp number and guests can order directly via this service.
