Payment
- In order to secure an online booking, payment in full is taken at the time of booking.
- Payment is processed entirely on the Secure Payment Site operated by the Hatton National Bank (HNB) for Master and Visa card payments. Your card details are not received or stored by Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa in any form. When you make a reservation as part of the check out process you are automatically taken to the HNB Secure Payment facility for Master and Visa card payments. Your credit card information will be securely transmitted to HNB for transaction authorization using SSL 128-bit encryption.
- Payment is denominated in United States dollars (USD).
Cancellation
- During Peak Season cancellation is free of charge up until 60 days before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee.
- During High, Mid and Low Seasons cancellation is free of charge up until 30 days before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee.
- Refunds will be made to the same credit card with which the booking was made and will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
- In the event of a COVID_19 type lockdown situation, the hotel will exercise its discretion and will be flexible with cancellation policies and future stay dates.
